About this villa
Thames Canyon House sits inside a gated community above Laurel Canyon, which is the first thing worth knowing about it. Most of the Hollywood Hills is open street; this is not. For guests who want a controlled entrance rather than a hillside address, that changes the calculation entirely.
The house is built around light and outlook. Floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of an open-plan living area that looks straight out over the canyon, with an indoor fireplace anchoring the room and a covered balcony extending it outside.
The entertainment room is the social centre — a full billiards table, its own seating, and enough separation from the living room that two groups can do different things at once.
The kitchen is contemporary and properly equipped, opening onto a dining area with the same canyon outlook. Four bedrooms across three and a half bathrooms sleep eight: two kings and two queens, each with generous closet space and a smart TV. The primary suite carries an oversized walk-in closet and a spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.
One honest note on access. The villa sits on a private hillside street reached by a narrow roadway — normal for this part of the Hollywood Hills, but worth knowing if you are arriving in a large vehicle or expecting a van delivery. We will walk you through the approach before you arrive.
Best suited to two or three couples, small family groups, and longer stays — the gated setting, dedicated workspace, laundry and full kitchen make it one of the easier houses on the register to live in for a month rather than a weekend.

We do not publish a nightly number for this villa. Three nights and thirty nights price very differently here, and this is a house that rewards a longer stay. Send your dates and you will have the real figure the same day.

A gated pocket above Laurel Canyon, on the southern slope of the Hollywood Hills. The Sunset Strip is a short run west, and Hollywood proper sits just east over the ridge. Quiet, wooded and considerably more private than an open hillside street.
The map shows the neighbourhood, not the door. We do not publish the address of an unoccupied house — you will have it once dates and headcount are confirmed.
