The pool and jacuzzi sit against the hillside, with the canyon on one side and the city on the other. Floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of the open-plan living area, so the view is present from almost everywhere inside. A formal dining area sits adjacent to the living space, with a fully equipped kitchen alongside. An indoor fireplace anchors the room in winter; a fire pit does the same job outside. Four bedrooms — two kings and two queens — sleeping eight, with four and a half bathrooms. Driveway parking on the premises, which matters more in these streets than most people expect. **Best suited to** two or three couples, small family groups, and anyone who wants the Bird Streets view without taking on a ten-bedroom estate. It is also the easiest house on this stretch to run without staff.
