It is the largest house we hold on the Strip, and the one we reach for when a group of ten wants space and a screening room without going up to the Bird Streets and taking on the drive that comes with them. The theatre is a real one rather than a television in a dark room, which matters on a week where a few evenings are going to be spent in. Five bathrooms across five bedrooms means one each — at ten people that is the difference between a relaxed morning and a queue. Sunset Plaza sits at the bottom of the hill, so dinner on the Strip is minutes rather than a canyon run, and the drive home at the end of the night is short and lit. **Best suited to** groups of eight to ten, awards and festival weeks, and anyone who wants hillside views with an easy road home.
