Sunset Plaza Vantage is an architectural estate on Sunset Plaza Drive, built around an unobstructed view of the Los Angeles skyline. The headline is the roof: an expansive deck with lounge seating, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a glass floor panel that looks straight down into the living space below.
Below it, a resort pool and jacuzzi sit on terraces that face the same view, with a fire pit and outdoor dining alongside.
Inside, the family room flows into the dining space and out to the terraces. There is a private office — a real one, not a desk in a corner — which makes this one of the better houses on the register for a working stay.
Four bedrooms, every one en-suite. The primary takes a king, walk-in closets and a spa bathroom; the three guest suites take queens. Five bathrooms in total across the house.
Two features people ask about: a climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar, and a private theatre. Smart-home control runs throughout, and there is a two-car garage for guest use.
