About this house
Thrush Eyrie is the closest thing on the register to a private resort. It sits in the Bird Streets with views running from Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific, and it carries amenities most LA estates simply do not have room for — a full tennis court and a basketball court on the same property.
Inside, disappearing glass walls open a gallery-scale great room onto the terraces. Natural stone, rich wood and custom millwork throughout, with multiple lounge areas rather than one formal room.
The spa pavilion is the unusual part: a travertine cold plunge, a sauna, a fully equipped gym, and a private theatre alongside a cigar lounge. An elevator connects every level.
Five bedroom suites — three kings and two queens, ten guests in total, each with a spa-quality en-suite. The primary takes the city and ocean view, with oversized wardrobes and private terraces.
Outside, a resort-style pool and spa, deep landscaped privacy, and a rooftop entertainment deck that takes the whole skyline. Parking is genuinely rare for the hills: a garage for eight cars plus four gated spaces.
Best suited to groups who want the house to be the destination, executive retreats, and multi-day celebrations where guests never need to leave the property.

The Bird Streets, minutes from the Sunset Strip and around eight from Beverly Hills. Quiet, narrow streets and outward-facing houses, with views that run from the Downtown skyline to the ocean on a clear day.
The map shows the neighbourhood, not the door. We do not publish the address of an unoccupied house — you will have it once dates and headcount are confirmed.
