About this estate
Summitridge Heights sits on a private gated promontory above Beverly Hills, which is the rarest thing about it. Most hillside estates share a ridge with neighbours. This one occupies the top of its own, and the view runs uninterrupted from the downtown skyline across to the Pacific.
Six bedrooms and nine bathrooms sleeping twelve, with an infinity-edge pool and spa set on terraces that frame that view — the setting for a sunrise swim, an afternoon on a lounger or a long evening outside.
The wellness side of the house is genuinely built out: a spa with a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a fully equipped fitness room. Alongside them, a 13-seat private theatre — not a converted den with a projector, but a proper room.
The kitchen is a gourmet chef's kitchen with premium appliances, generous prep space and a walk-in refrigerator, which matters if you are catering an evening rather than cooking dinner.
Less visible but worth knowing: the house runs air and water purification, circadian lighting and comfort flooring throughout, with smart-home control and an elevator connecting the levels.
Outside the gates, Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Hills Hotel and the restaurants along Cañon are minutes away — close enough to be convenient, far enough up that nobody finds you.
Best suited to groups of ten to twelve, milestone celebrations, and stays where the house itself is meant to be the event. It is also one of the better production houses on the register, given the promontory setting and the theatre.
