We keep it because not every trip needs an estate. For a couple, or four people who want a Sunset Strip address without an estate rate, this is the answer — and at this size the per-night number is a different conversation entirely. It is set up properly for **longer stays**: a real workspace, a full kitchen, and the sort of layout that works for a month rather than a weekend. If you are in Los Angeles for a production, a project or a stretch of work, this is the house that makes financial sense. Sunset Plaza sits minutes below, so dinner on the Strip is a short drive rather than a canyon run, and West Hollywood and Beverly Hills are both close. **Best suited to** couples, two couples travelling together, long stays of a month or more, and anyone working in the city who wants the hills without the scale. As the smallest house on the register it is often the best value we hold, and the rate improves considerably on bookings of a month or more. Send your dates and you will have the real figure the same day. [Get a rate for your dates](https://www.alorareserve.com/contact?hsLang=en) ## Location Presson Place, above the Sunset Strip. Sunset Plaza's restaurants and bars are minutes below, with West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the Bird Streets all a short run. The map shows the neighbourhood, not the door. We do not publish the address of an unoccupied house. You will have it once dates and headcount are confirmed. ## Essential information Property type Entire home, exclusive use Maximum occupancy 4 guests Check-in Self check-in Long stays Accepted and encouraged Events By prior arrangement only Registration HSR26-001208 Cancellation Set in your written reservation agreement, [how it works](https://www.alorareserve.com/cancellation-policy?hsLang=en) Rates on request Better rates on longer stays --- Send your dates and you will have three matched houses with real rates the same day.
