About this villa
Keswick Conservatory is a brand-new, fully gated villa in West Los Angeles, sleeping ten across five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Soaring ceilings, hardwood floors and expansive walls of glass, with indoor and outdoor spaces designed to run together.
Two things make it unusual. The first is the rooftop deck, with sweeping 360-degree views toward Century City, the Wilshire Corridor and Santa Monica, and its own outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The second is quieter but matters more day to day: an elevator connecting every level, basement to roof.
The great room opens through oversized glass doors onto the private backyard, with a pool and jacuzzi beyond. At the centre of the house is a chef's kitchen running premium Miele appliances, sleek cabinetry and a large centre island, open to the dining and living areas.
The lower level is its own world: a full basement holding a dedicated home theatre, a game room, additional lounge space and a wine room. There is also a dedicated office for anyone working through the stay.
Five bedrooms — a king primary with walk-in closet, private balcony access and a spa-inspired en-suite, a second king, and three queen rooms. Six and a half bathrooms means nobody waits.
The grounds are fully gated with a two-car garage.
Best suited to groups of eight to ten, multi-generational trips where the elevator earns its keep, executive and corporate stays, and anyone who wants brand-new construction rather than period charm.
