Grimes Olive House is a renovated seven-bedroom estate in Encino sleeping fourteen, and the number that matters is this: every one of the seven bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. For a group of fourteen, that removes the single most common friction point of a large-house stay.
You enter through wrought-iron double doors into a foyer with soaring ceilings, sweeping staircases, stone finishes and a statement fireplace. Expansive windows carry light through the whole house.
One thing to know before booking. This estate has a pool table, not a swimming pool — it is the only house on our register without one. If a pool matters for your stay, say so on the call and we will send you houses that have one.
The formal living room is built for relaxing or entertaining, with oversized windows and its own fireplace; the formal dining room handles everything from an intimate dinner to a holiday table.
A second, more relaxed living area is the social centre — a pool table, room for a film or the game, and enough separation that two groups can do different things at once without anyone feeling crowded.
The kitchen runs premium stainless appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry, a large centre island and a breakfast bar for casual meals while someone cooks.
The primary suite is a proper sanctuary: dual bathrooms, separate water closets, oversized walk-in closets, custom vanities, its own fireplace, and a private balcony over the valley.
Outside, an expansive backyard with room to spread out, a fire pit, and balconies looking across the valley. Parking is genuinely rare for a house this size — a four-car garage, a large driveway and street parking on top.
Best suited to multi-family and multi-generational groups, reunions, corporate retreats, and any booking of twelve to fourteen where everyone expects their own bathroom.
