About this villa
Curson Atelier is a newly built villa in the Fairfax district, minutes from West Hollywood, sleeping ten across five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Open-concept living, walls of glass connecting the interiors to the pool terrace, and a genuinely rare feature for this pocket of the city — a rooftop deck with a clear line to the Hollywood Sign.
The main floor runs living, dining and a full chef's kitchen together in one bright volume, opening onto a private pool and spa. Below the entertaining spaces sit a home theatre and a sauna; a dedicated office makes it workable for a longer or working stay.
Five bedrooms — a king primary and four queen rooms — across five and a half bathrooms, so nobody shares. Finishes are new throughout, spa-inspired in the bathrooms.
Location is the point. Fairfax puts you flat and central: Melrose and Santa Monica Boulevard at the end of the street, The Grove and the Original Farmers Market minutes away, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Hollywood all a short run. This is a walk-to-dinner house, not a drive-everywhere one.
Best suited to groups of eight to ten who want to be in the middle of the action, and anyone who would rather step out the door than book a car for every outing.
