Six king suites, eight bathrooms, twelve guests, and the Pacific at the property line. The headline is the water. A **40-foot infinity pool with a Baja shelf** on the beach side appears to run straight into the ocean horizon, and a second zero-edge courtyard pool with swim jets sits inland behind a dramatic water wall. Two pools, one of them aimed at the sea. The living spaces are built around the view and around entertaining: a family room with a bar flowing to ocean-view dining, a second living room with its own bar and wine closet, and walls of glass that open the whole ground floor onto more than 6,000 square feet of decking, terraces and the beach beyond. Every one of the six bedrooms is a king suite. One guest suite has its own sitting area, an en-suite with a steam room, and direct access to the pool and beach. The primary is a floor of its own — a separate office, a sitting room, two walk-in closets, a spa bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub, and an **approximately 1,000 square foot private balcony** with unobstructed 180-degree ocean views.
