## What you get when you call

### A straight answer on fit

Ask which house is wrong for your group. You will get a real answer, including when the honest answer is that we do not have the right house.

### A real rate, not a teaser

We do not publish nightly numbers because they mislead at this level. You get the actual figure for your actual dates.

### Everything arranged before you land

Chef, cars, provisioning, security where the guest list calls for it. Deposits reconciled in writing within five business days.

### How quickly will I hear back?

Same day, usually within two hours during staffed hours. WhatsApp is answered around the clock. If you call, you will speak to someone immediately between 7am and 11pm Pacific.

### Do I need exact dates?

No. Flexible dates often get you a better house and a better rate. Tell us roughly when and we will tell you where the value sits.

### Can you handle production or events?

Several houses are cleared for film, television and commercial production, priced separately and requiring specific insurance we will walk you through. Events need prior arrangement on every property — ask before you plan.

### Do you work outside Los Angeles?

One house, in La Jolla. Everything else on the register is Los Angeles.
