4 bedrooms  ·  4.5 bathrooms  ·  5,000 sq ft  ·  Bel Air

A 5,000 sq ft Bel Air penthouse with ocean and canyon views

Roscomare Serenity is a 5,000-square-foot penthouse in Bel Air — four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two king beds and two queen beds. The living space runs the length of the floor and the glass runs with it.

The views are the reason to take it: ocean one way, canyon the other, and the whole thing lit up after dark. Secured building entry and a secured parking garage, which for some groups is the deciding factor.

The pool and pool deck, the gym and the residents' lounge are shared building amenities, not private to the residence. Worth knowing before you book.
