Sleeps 10  ·  5 bedrooms  ·  6.5 bathrooms  ·  Beverly Grove

A brand-new gated villa on a corner lot, with a theater and an outdoor shower

La Jolla Reverie is a brand-new, fully gated villa on a private corner lot: five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, sleeping ten. The palette is warm and quiet — plaster, pale stone, arched openings, nothing shouting.

Outside there is a pool and spa and an outdoor shower; inside, a home theater and a dedicated office. It is a house that works for a week with friends and equally for a month with a laptop.

The corner lot matters more than it sounds: light on two sides, and no neighbour sharing the long wall.
