A brand-new gated house with a pool, a spa and a real office
Hesby Grand Maison is a brand-new, gated house in Sherman Oaks: five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, sleeping ten. White brick and warm timber outside, wide oak floors and a long kitchen island inside.
There is a private pool and a spa, and — rarer than it should be at this size — a dedicated office. That is the difference between a holiday house and a house someone can actually work from for a month.
Sherman Oaks is one of the most practical bases in the city: Ventura Boulevard is minutes away and the canyons put you over the hill quickly when you need to be.
